The Due Diligence Manager will oversee the comprehensive due diligence process for large-scale land acquisitions. This role involves coordinating feasibility studies, managing budgets, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, project management, and a thorough understanding of the Florida real estate market. Base pay range:

$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Note:

Due Diligence Management:

Lead all due diligence efforts for potential land acquisitions, including feasibility studies, budget preparation, entitlement and development schedules, risk assessments, and title reviews. Project Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to assess project construction costs, entitlement processes, and overall development feasibility. Regulatory Compliance:

Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure all projects meet regulatory obligations and assess potential impacts. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and review development plans, contracts, proposals, and other essential documents related to property study and development. Market Analysis:

Research and analyze approvals, permits, zoning regulations, engineering plans, and building costs to inform acquisition decisions. Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and compliance. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Finance, or a related real estate field. Experience:

Minimum of five years in land development, project management, or land acquisition, preferably within the residential sector. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial modeling, and familiarity with project management software. Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly. Analytical Skills:

Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Licenses:

Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with environmental assessments and regulations; familiarity with local zoning laws and land use regulations in the Tampa area; knowledge of residential construction processes and costs. Details
