$175,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Soni Director, Global Compensation to join their Total Rewards team. This highly visible role will oversee the design, development, and execution of compensation programs worldwide, including executive pay, incentive structures, equity plans, and job architecture frameworks. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic and hands-on compensation leader with deep experience in biotech or pharma, who thrives on building scalable, data-driven solutions that align with business growth and global talent strategies. Key Responsibilities
of a
Director, Global Compensation : Partner with Total Rewards leadership to define and execute global compensation strategies. Lead the design and implementation of base pay, incentive plans, and equity programs. Support the development and governance of executive compensation programs, including benchmarking, modeling, and pay analyses. Prepare Compensation Committee materials and support proxy statement disclosures. Maintain and enhance global job architecture and leveling frameworks. Lead global compensation benchmarking and market pricing across functions and geographies. Ensure compliance with global regulations, governance standards, and pay equity initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition on compensation decisions. Drive strategic projects including M&A integration, process transformation, and harmonization of programs. Requirements
of a
Director, Global Compensation : 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, with strong exposure to executive compensation. Background in biotech or pharma industry strongly preferred. Expertise in job architecture, incentive design, and global benchmarking. Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in compensation tools and HR systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience preparing board-level materials. Proven ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced, global environment. Compensation:
