Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Join Eagle Beverage & Accessory Products, LLC as a Full-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where you will play a critical role in a thriving beverage production company based in Kent. Duties And Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new staff and program participants. Manage interviewing schedule with chosen applicants, hiring managers, and appropriate staff. Schedule background checks and drug screens for all newly hired staff. Schedule and conduct all new staff and program participant orientations. Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications. Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs. Work with hiring managers to identify and meet current or anticipated staffing needs. Prepare or maintain employment records related to recruiting, hiring, onboarding and orientation using human resources information system (HRIS) software. Review employment applications in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job orders to match applicants with job requirements. Skills & Competencies Accurate interview coordination and candidate communication Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Collaborative approach to working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Technical Proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
