This onsite position offers a competitive pay range of $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr and an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced beverage production company. Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr Responsibilities
Accurately process invoices and manage customer payments. Maintain detailed and accurate financial records. Communicate regularly with clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Review accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments. Assist in preparing monthly reports and provide insights into cash flow and account statuses. Collaborate with the finance team and participate in monthly reconciliations. What You Need To Be Successful / Qualifications
Proficiency in accounts receivable processes. Familiarity with NetSuite is highly beneficial. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and resolve issues. Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines. Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.
