Job Overview
We are partnering with a multi-site organization in Rockford, IL to staff a HR Director position. Our client is seeking a strategic HR leader to align people, performance, and culture with business goals. This Director will partner closely with senior leadership to drive talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Strategic Leadership:
Advise senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning. Talent Management:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. Culture & Engagement:
Promote a high-performance culture and drive engagement Organizational Development:
Deliver leadership development, training, and change management programs. Compensation & Benefits:

Streamline HR processes and leverage data to inform strategy. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/HR certification preferred) 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least five years in a senior HR position. Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain highly preferred.
