Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Overview DuPage County's largest law firm is seeking to hire a commercial real estate attorney with 10+ years of broad commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, zoning/entitlements, construction, and loan documentation. The candidate must be articulate, personable, and a strong negotiator. The firm offers a congenial and collaborative work environment, and a terrific opportunity to gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving transactional practice.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and leases for all real estate asset classes

Handle all aspects of retail development projects for developers

Close commercial acquisitions and dispositions

Due diligence/title/survey review, negotiate and close financing transactions

Qualifications

Experience Level: 10+ years

Hours: Full-time

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $115,000 – $140,000 , commensurate with experience.

Performance-based bonuses.
