Commercial Real Estate Attorney
with 8+ years of broad transactional real estate experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial and collaborative team with a strong focus on sophisticated, hands-on work in a thriving commercial real estate practice. Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and leases across various asset classes Manage all aspects of retail development projects for developers Handle zoning, entitlement, and land use matters Lead commercial acquisitions and dispositions Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review Negotiate and close complex financing and loan documentation transactions Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate law Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, zoning/entitlements, construction, and finance Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills Personable, articulate, and a team-oriented mindset Licensed to practice law in Illinois (or eligible for admission) What We Offer
