Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Overview
One of Durham, NC's most respected small law firms is on the hunt for a junior or midlevel commercial real estate associate attorney. The role reports to two partners with a busy workload and a mentoring culture that avoids micromanaging. This is your opportunity for broad CRE exposure with a truly collegial team. Responsibilities
Maintain and develop a practice in commercial real estate law under the guidance of two partners. Engage in client matters with supervision, contribute to case strategy, and assist with transactional work. Qualifications
At least one year of on-point experience is ideal. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary as listed above, strong bonus potential, and four weeks of PTO each year. Relocation candidates are welcome. Additional Information
