As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide direct substance use treatment and case management services. You will conduct assessments, facilitate individual and group counseling, and support clients in navigating mental health care, physical health needs, employment, education, and housing. This role is rooted in trauma-informed, evidence-based care and community connection. Who We’re Looking For

Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Compensation
CADC-1: $25.76 - $33.49 CADC-2 or CADC-3: $28.40 - $36.92 Minimum Qualifications
Must have one of the following: CADC-1, CADC-2, or CADC-3 2 years of delivering SUDs treatment highly preferred PSS or CRM highly preferred Must have High School Diploma or GED Bilingual Spanish SUDS Counselors preferred (must demonstrate proficiency in secondary language) Experience with outpatient adults who have been adjudicated to treatment and/or people with co-occurring mental health disorders preferred Working knowledge and skills in group facilitation Working knowledge and skills in evidence-based treatment methods for addiction and trauma-informed care Knowledge of de-escalation methods or ability to be trained Knowledge of crisis intervention Ability to provide case management services and familiarity with community and social service agencies Ability to work a range of hours Current CPR certification prior to start Adhere to drug-free workplace policies and comply with the Drug-Free Workplace Act Pass pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check, including DHS clearance Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting and climbing stairs Adhere to non-discrimination policies and interact respectfully with diverse individuals The OAR prohibits SUD program staff from certain convictions within the previous 3 years Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct screening and assessment of potential clients to determine treatment needs, placement, and diagnosis; develop an individualized treatment plan Participate in direct treatment of clients by attending clinical staff meetings and case conferences to facilitate treatment plans Provide group counseling and case management as needed Conduct treatment groups and individual counseling as needed Adhere to clinical documentation requirements, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and service conclusion summaries Participate in Quality Assurance activities and clinical meetings Attend mandatory trainings in a timely manner Document client services in electronic health records within 72 hours Comply with privacy regulations (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2) and CCC confidentiality policies; report breaches as required Supervise practicum students when needed Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities
Ability to work effectively with peers, clients, and groups Team-oriented with ability to prioritize and adapt Ability to apply principles to new situations and learn new skills Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Non-judgmental attitude and clear communication Ability to handle challenging or aggressive client behaviors Effective communication with diverse stakeholders Ability to document quality information in the EHR within 72 hours of service Union
