Vice President of Total Rewards & Talent Acquisition

to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our global compensation, benefits, and recruiting functions. This executive role sits at the heart of how we attract, retain, and reward top talent. You’ll oversee three critical functions - benefits, compensation, and talent acquisition - with a direct team of three Director-level leaders. Together, you’ll shape programs that balance competitiveness and compliance while fueling Acrisure’s ambitious growth across 19,000+ colleagues worldwide. As a member of Acrisure’s senior HR leadership team, you’ll be trusted to lead with vision and act with precision. You will: Strategic Leadership

Develop enterprise-wide Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition strategies that support Acrisure’s global growth. Advise senior executives on workforce planning, pay equity, recruiting strategies, and market competitiveness. Partner across the business to ensure talent and rewards programs drive measurable impact. Global Talent Acquisition

Oversee the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from workforce forecasting and employer branding to sourcing strategies and recruitment operations. Build innovative hiring practices that attract top talent in competitive global markets. Leverage analytics to refine recruiting effectiveness and deliver world-class candidate experiences. Continuously evaluate and optimize Acrisure’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. Lead enterprise compensation cycles, bonus programs, and benefits design to support a diverse, international workforce. Implement technology and process improvements to streamline operations and elevate employee experience. Leadership & Culture

Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of HR function leaders. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across your teams. Build strong relationships with internal leaders and external partners to keep Acrisure ahead of market trends. What You Bring

15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including deep expertise in both Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition. Success leading people programs in fast-paced, complex, and global organizations. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders. Proven track record of designing innovative, scalable, and compliant programs. Mastery of
