$52.00/hr - $62.00/hr Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills: 5+ years in Middle Office/Capital Markets/Heavy Banking Industry Experience Knowledge of derivatives, fixed income, collateral, and/or post-trade processes is preferred Agile/JIRA Business analysis experience Facilitate discussions, gather requirements, analyze data, etc. Familiar with change management in financial firms Self-motivated and solution-oriented Good communication and stakeholder management skills Job Description: We are seeking a Capital Markets Consultant with strong experience in Middle Office and Capital Markets to support critical change initiatives within our trading and operations environments. The ideal candidate will serve as a "do-er," driving process improvements, managing cross-functional discussions, and facilitating system and procedural changes across Middle Office functions. This role requires an understanding of traded products such as derivatives, fixed income, collateral, and post-trade processes, along with the ability to analyze data, coordinate impact assessments, and ensure timely execution of projects. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders across Middle Office, Operations, and Technology to gather data, clarify requirements, and shape next steps. Assist with change projects, including new clearing memberships, process redesigns, and system flow enhancements. Conduct impact analyses to assess cross-functional implications of proposed changes. Track project timelines and critical paths, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery. Support initiatives to reduce vendor licenses by analyzing use cases and collaborating with Operations and Technology to identify suitable replacements. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full trade lifecycle for traded products, including derivatives, fixed income, and collateral management. Contribute to the management of the Middle Office change group, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. Perform detailed system impact assessments and cross-team impact evaluations to support change management processes.
