Senior HR Generalist / HR Business Partner

to provide comprehensive human resources support across a multi-office organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives while managing day-to-day operations. HR operations . It requires someone who can independently manage talent acquisition and contribute to broader organizational development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead full-cycle recruitment for legal and operational roles across multiple offices.

Proactively source and manage candidate pipelines using creative strategies.

Forecast hiring needs and execute recruitment plans aligned with business goals.

Own internal recruitment efforts to reduce reliance on external agencies.

HR Operations & Employee Support

Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, and HRIS processes.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries.

Support performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, particularly in Texas and California.

Strategic HR Partnership

Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support organizational growth.

Contribute to change management and cultural development across offices.

Provide insights on market trends, talent needs, and process improvements.

Multi-Office Coordination

Partner with office managers and leaders across locations to support HR and recruitment activities.

Occasional travel required to support regional offices.

Qualifications

6–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in professional services or legal environments.

Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.

Strong knowledge of employment law in California and Texas.

Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or California-specific) preferred.
