Position Overview
Our client is seeking a versatile and employee-focused
HR Generalist
to join their HR team. This role provides broad exposure across all areas of human resources, supporting employees and leadership while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture. The successful candidate will be involved in onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and payroll backup, helping ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience.
Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting and talent acquisition needs.
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, addressing questions, concerns, and requests with a solutions-focused approach.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination.
Support HRIS maintenance and ensure employee data integrity.
Handle basic employee relations matters, escalating as appropriate.
Serve as backup for payroll processing.
Collaborate with teammates to ensure coverage and provide cross-functional support as needed.
Qualifications Must-Haves:
3+ years of HR experience, including onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, benefits, and basic employee relations.
Strong employee-focused mindset with a willingness to support employees at all levels.
Team-oriented approach, comfortable collaborating and backing up peers.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Paycom.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
