Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy real estate and affordable housing practice. The role involves managing complex transactions, coordinating closings, and supporting attorneys with drafting and due diligence. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience including exposure to Affordable Housing Entity creation.
Responsibilities
Draft entity formation documents and real estate closing materials
Conduct title and survey reviews; coordinate with external parties for revisions
Manage due diligence and organize documentation for financing and government submissions
Coordinate multi-party closings, including signature tracking and binder assembly
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams
Occasional overtime required
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm or real estate setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage complex closings and multi-party coordination
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and electronic signature/document management platforms
Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
Standard office setting; Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Non-exempt position; full-time onsite preferred
