May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.**Position Overview:**This position is a "Non"-technical role. Only basic MS Suite skills are needed to be successful in this role.We are building out a Risk Management pillar for first line data management to ensure we are effective in our management of data risk in the first line across CUSO (Combined US Operations).
High level responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Document and maintain the Risk Management Strategy, operating model, roles and responsibilities, procedures as applicable.
•Develop/design and execute the testing strategy for each component in the Data Management Standard and procedures, and other CUSO DMO processes as needed.
•Develop/design and operationalize the monitoring of risk reporting reporting/dashboard for CUSO BS/CFs providing he consolidated view on Data Risk, Data concentration risk, data risk appetite and get to green plans.**Depth & Scope:*** Works independently as the senior analyst /subject matter expert and may coach and educate others* Considered a subject matter expert within a given area* Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end* Focus on short to medium -term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly)**Education & Experience:*** Undergraduate degree* 5 + years relevant experience**Preferred Qualifications****:*** Candidates with 2+ years of relevant data experience will be considered* Experience within the Banking/Financial Services Industry (Risk Management business knowledge strongly preferred)* Professional background/experience in Audits (IT or Operational), Risk Management, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Risk Management, 1A/1B, QA Testing, Operations/Data Strategy, Governance & Controls, Data Quality, Data Risk Identification and controls, Data lineage (data mapping, data tracing end to end), Data Transformation, Metadata, etc* Proven audit skills, strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, and knowledge of data management fundamentals* Hands on experience improving policies, standards, procedures, guidelines in Audit or Compliance related roles and coming up with actionable insights, recommendations and proposed changes.* Knowledge of program/project delivery methodologies (Risk/Audit experience is required)* Familiar with Process mapping, and controls identification, documentation and testing* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to understand their data needs, address concerns and provide insights* MS Office Suite Skills (including Excel/PowerPoint)* Ability to read SQL/Python or other programming languages* Data Visualization/Dashboard Development Skills (Tableau/PowerBI)* Experience with Powerapps a plus.**Customer Accountabilities:*** Provides specialized business management related advice/support to management / leadership and respective teams for area(s) of specialization with industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness;
