Lead and manage the quality team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight. Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in compliance with aerospace, defense, and customer standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001). Oversee inspections, audits, and testing processes to ensure product conformity and reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, production, and supply chain operations. Manage customer quality requirements, including communication, problem resolution, and reporting. Analyze quality metrics and lead root cause investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of quality management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing. Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001). Proven experience leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and managing corrective actions.
