Get Together With Your Unhoused Neighbors! Come Socialize :) (age 18+) Referral At Operation Nightwatch, volunteers play an important role to those who come through our doors each night; and not only through serving food and distributing essential items. Social connection is at the heart of our mission, and we strive to provide our guests with hospitality and unconditional positive regard with each interaction. Three nights a week we provide a comfortable atmosphere for guests to socialize over a cup of coffee, connect with their greater community of unhoused and housed folks alike, cultivate friendships… and probably beat you at Scrabble. Responsibilities
Volunteer arrival is at 5:45 pm for a brief orientation and tour of facilities before tasks are assigned. Assist with a variety of duties during the evening, including coffee service and bathroom monitor, while maintaining hospitality and social connection as the core mission. Requirements
18 years of age or older
