Location: Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, United States of America Clearance: Secret Job category: Information Technology Job title: Power Platform (Power Apps) Developer Type: Full time • Travel: Up to 10% (Continental US) Responsibilities
Analyze and assess existing tools, including Excel tracking spreadsheets, MS Access databases, and other legacy tools to develop modern, scalable Power Platform solutions.
Migrate and potentially restructure data from existing sources (Excel, Access, etc.) into target platform data solutions such as SharePoint Lists or Dataverse.
Lead data transformation efforts, ensuring data is transitioned from existing formats into newly selected data solutions.
Optimize database structures and ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the transformation process.
Develop, configure, and manage SharePoint Lists and other data storage solutions to enable team-wide sharing and data access.
Connect relevant data sources to Power BI to design and implement dashboards and reports for data insights.
Design and implement intuitive user interfaces using Microsoft Power Apps.
Create Power Automate flows to automate tasks and improve process efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance data efficiency and accessibility.
Build analytical tools to pull data from modernized systems, enabling advanced reporting, trend analysis, and decision-making insights.
Qualifications
Required U.S. Citizenship
Active Secret Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in a field related to computer or information science.
Minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience working with data in formats including Excel and Access.
Working knowledge of relational database concepts and basic SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Desired Familiarity with scripting languages including VBA, JavaScript, and Power Fx.
Certifications or training certificates relating to Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or related technologies.
Experience in developing solutions for cross-team sharing.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$72,700 - $149,200 There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including geographic location, contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and certifications, education, and certifications.
