Work You’ll Do
As a Project DeliveryManageron the project, you willoversee, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce platform updates, ensuring seamless deployments, minimal business disruption, and alignment with organizational goals. This role bridges the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and change management to deliver reliable, well-documented releases.
Plan and manage the Salesforce release calendar, coordinating schedules and resources across teams.
Oversee deployment processes, including sandbox refreshes, environment management, and version control using DevOps tools.
Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance of all changes prior to production release.
Maintain compliance with change management protocols and documentation for all releases.
Act as the main point of contact for release-related communication and stakeholder updates.
Identify, track, and resolve release issues, and drive continuous improvement for future deployments.

Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience managing Salesforce releases in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration points.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or similar).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid grasp of ITIL change management and release management practices.
Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot deployment and environment issues.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Deployment/Release Management, or relevant technical certs).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Background in regulatory/compliance-driven industries
