Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate- Seattle North. Locations include Shoreline, WA; Lynnwood, WA; Seattle, WA; Edmonds, WA. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, with dedicated classes for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. After licenses are obtained, you will learn foundational skills to advise clients, build relationships, and guide them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, while humanizing financial interactions. You will begin in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and client care. The Academy provides training and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. You will be required to register and complete the SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, some Saturdays required. Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Salary information: Washington pay range: $28.85 - $33.65 hourly pay, with offers determined by experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. This role is currently benefits eligible. We’ll help you build a successful career through training, coaching and a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and solutions. You’ll obtain SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) with defined timelines after hire. Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions through Bank of America and Merrill to meet most of their financial needs. Build relationships with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients, leveraging relationships to grow your business. Build your network and work within a financial center to support client needs. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions. Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment. Learns and adapts to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
