As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. You will learn foundational skills to acquire, build and manage client relationships, assess a client’s financial picture, and provide advisory solutions. After milestones are reached, you will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and client care. Upon successful progression as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you may advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to deepen client relationships within a portfolio. The Academy provides programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and complete the SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. We’ll help you
Build a successful career at Bank of America through world-class training and onboarding programs. Receive training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers. Grow your business knowledge using a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and solutions. Earn your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) with structured study time. SIE within 30 days; Series 7 & 66 within 120 days. Build your network by engaging with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, client reviews/presentations, and recommended strategies to help clients reach their financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs. Required Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships and identifying needs with solutions. Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with client interests in a fast-paced environment. Learns and adapts to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills
