Our Fulfillment Center Finance team is the backbone of Walmart’s supply chain, partnering with operations, technology, and business leaders to optimize performance and enable innovation. We thrive on collaboration, data-driven insights, and a relentless focus on efficiency and accuracy. In this role, you’ll be a key connector—translating financial data into actionable strategies that support both near-term goals and long-term vision. What you'll do
Direct the month-end close process for Fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance. Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. Manage forecasting operations, including annual and long-range planning, and provide guidance on cost estimation and resource allocation. Collaborate with technology teams to enhance financial reporting systems, lead implementation of new tools, and drive automation initiatives. Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to evaluate business cases, guide capital investments, and support strategic projects. Conduct ad-hoc financial and performance analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational discipline. Develop and deliver financial models that support both near-term initiatives and long-term strategic investments. What you’ll bring
Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, cost estimation, and advanced financial modeling. Strong analytical skills with a passion for uncovering insights and explaining the “what and why” behind business performance. Expertise in data visualization and financial analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, SQL). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for broad audiences. High standards for accuracy, organization, and process discipline. Experience collaborating with technology teams to improve reporting systems and drive automation. Benefits

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
