As a Technical Project Manager at our innovative smart TV company, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the development and implementation of features and enhancements for our smart TV platform. The ideal candidate will understand C++ development, OS systems, media, and system architecture, with strong TPM experience. Bilingual English and Mandarin is a plus. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver embedded systems solutions. Oversee program-level planning and execution of interdependent projects. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Communicate effectively with software engineers, product managers, and development teams. Conduct data analysis to provide insights for Engineering Managers and other stakeholders. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in engineering development and project management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire team members. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban development methodologies. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA & Confluence. Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Preferred Qualifications
Master\'s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
