You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, design, and QA, to lead the development and implementation of exciting new features and enhancements that redefine the smart TV experience. Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver sophisticated embedded systems solutions. Oversee program-level planning and execution of interdependent projects. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Communicate effectively with software engineers, product managers, and development teams. Conduct data analysis to provide insights for Engineering Managers and other stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in engineering development and project management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire team members. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban development methodologies. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA & Confluence. Benefits & Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock. Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum: Option 1 or Option 2 as listed in original, including degree and years of experience. Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant fields and experience, plus knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) standards and inclusive digital experiences. Location
