Your role at Sephora:
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the entire store operations, ensure a high level of client service, and drive sales. You will lead a team of dedicated associates, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development. Leading Store Operations and Sales:
Oversee daily store operations, ensure a smooth and efficient client experience; develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and profitability; coordinate and oversee sales, profitability, performance, service, and operations. Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets; conduct performance appraisals, manage development, and provide ongoing feedback; manage the leadership team for effective collaboration and goal achievement. Client Satisfaction and Service:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, handle client complaints, and support client loyalty programs and services. Store Standards and Compliance:
Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient environment; uphold Sephora brand excellence in-store. Resource Management:
Manage inventory levels, allocate resources and staffing to ensure productivity and performance. Qualifications/Experience
Proven successful experience as a retail manager. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting. Strong leadership, business acumen, client management, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stock shelves, stand/walk through shifts, and work in a fragrance-filled environment; ability to apply products to clients with or without accommodation. Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and policies. Compensation & Benefits:
The annual base salary range for this position is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00. Actual base salary depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and other non-discriminatory factors. Eligible for bonuses.
