RESPONSIBILITIES Office & Facilities Operations
Serve as the face of the office, welcoming guests and managing phones, mail, and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and liaise with building management and vendors
Support office setup, seating arrangements, and light IT coordination
Maintain and update internal office policies and procedures
Hospitality Oversight
Prepare coffee and set up the kitchen each morning
Manage snacks, beverages, and office inventory, ensuring timely restocking
Oversee daily team lunch orders, meeting catering, and upkeep of shared spaces
Meeting & Event Coordination
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, investor visits, and firm events
Support AV setup, printed materials, catering, and room readiness
Administrative & Onboarding Support
Assist with calendar scheduling, travel coordination, and expense tracking
Support document printing, filing systems, and onboarding of new hires
TOP KEYS FOR CLIENT:
Bachelor’s degree required or actively in progress
2+ years in office coordination, hospitality, or admin support
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person work environment
