A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Capital Markets associate to join its Miami office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated U.S. and cross-border transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, SPACs, REITs, PIPEs, and other capital markets matters with a diverse client base ranging from public and private issuers to financial institutions and investment funds.
The Role
Lead and manage capital markets transactions, including due diligence and drafting of key transaction documents
Advise clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters
Collaborate across practice areas and mentor junior associates
Engage with clients on high-profile, complex transactions
About You
2–6 years of corporate transactional experience, with significant exposure to Capital Markets
Strong academic credentials and exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission)
