Your focus will be on promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction, while staying informed about our product features and upholding the highest standards of quality and visual presentation in-store. You'll play a key role in achieving outstanding customer service while actively contributing to meeting the store's sales targets.
As this position involves significant interaction with customers, including minors, and access to cash and valuable store resources, a criminal history review is necessary to ensure the safety and security of everyone involved.

Deliver exceptional customer service through high-level sales support. Assist customers both in person and over the phone to discern their needs and present suitable products. Establish trust and rapport with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process transactions and comply with policy guidelines. Aim to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain detailed work order files and product formulas. Retrieve items from shelves or warehouse as necessary. Mix and tint products according to customer specifications. Restock shelves and create captivating displays. Ensure store cleanliness and tidy equipment. Assist with deliveries, including loading and unloading trucks. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and available options. Adhere to inventory control protocols. Propose strategies for increasing sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work within the country without the need for sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends. If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have achieved a minimum meets expectations (3) rating in your most recent performance appraisal. If internal, completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current role is necessary. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. Ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desirable.
