This vital role contributes significantly to the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, answer inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend optimal solutions. Your responsibilities also include promptly addressing customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction, staying informed about product features, and upholding the high quality and visual standards of the store. Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and suggesting appropriate products. Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process transactions accurately, adhering to company policies. Meet and strive to exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and formulas. Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to satisfy customer specifications. Stock shelves and create appealing displays. Clean and maintain store equipment. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries when required. Maintain a neat and organized work environment. Stay knowledgeable about products and available options to assist customers. Comply with inventory control procedures. Propose innovative ways to enhance sales and customer experience. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work without the need for sponsorship. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus. Spanish language skills are especially valued.
