Bilingual Retail Associate (English & Spanish)

As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs, answering questions about our wide range of products, and recommending tailored solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer concerns swiftly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while contributing to the store's sales objectives. This position requires you to stay informed about product features and uphold the visual and quality standards of our merchandise and store. You will be working part-time at our Mukilteo Store: Store #708973, located at 12502 Mukilteo Speedway Ste 101, Mukilteo, WA 98275, with a competitive starting rate of $22.00/hr. In your role, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction through excellent sales assistance. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable products and services. Build strong trust-based relationships with our wholesale and retail clients. Accurately process sales transactions in adherence to company policies. Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintain organized work order files and product formulations. Prepare products by tinting and mixing them as per customer specifications. Keep shelves stocked and set up appealing displays. Carry out cleaning of store equipment and support with deliveries as needed. Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and provide customers with detailed information on available options. Adhere to inventory control protocols and suggest improvements for sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must have the legal right to work in the country without needing future sponsorship. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a High School diploma or GED. A minimum of one (1) year experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles. Previous sales experience in paint and paint-related products is advantageous.
