As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a critical role in connecting with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide knowledgeable answers about our products, and recommend the best solutions. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving any concerns promptly, and keeping up-to-date with our product offerings to ensure top-notch quality and presentation in our store.
You will also work towards meeting our sales goals while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. This position involves regular interactions with customers, including the supervision of cash and payment methods, personal information, and merchandise.
The selected candidate will need to work within a 10-mile radius of our store located at 7927 Belair Rd. Ste B., Nottingham, MD 21236.

Maintain accurate work orders and keep inventory organized. Prepare products as per customer requests, including tinting and mixing. Keep the store visually appealing, organized and well-stocked. Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of store equipment. Participate in loading/unloading delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when necessary. Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options with customers. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Authorized to work in the country without visa sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and paint-related products preferred. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
