Description
In this role, you will start a guest's day off in the best way by providing an expectation-exceeding welcome to Willamette Pass Resort. Assist and guide the guest as they pick up tickets/passes, obtain gear and make their way to the mountain. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and respond to their queries in a professional, efficient manner. Assist guests with ticket purchases, season pass purchases, equipment rental pickups, and snow school lesson redemptions. Respond to guest email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their questions are answered. Handle lost and found items, ensuring they are securely stored and returned to their rightful owners when claimed. Be the point of contact for any guests with concerns and resolve the concerns in a timely manner. Complete opening and closing procedures for multiple areas. Assist in any other department or with any other duties, as assigned or needed. Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities is preferred. Strong computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Available to work on weekends and holidays.
