Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles Working knowledge of office devices and processes Very good knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication skills Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Job Highlights

3-month contract with the potential to extend Part-time, 8-12 hours weekly (Tuesday and Friday); potential to increase to support events and coverage 1+ years of professional experience working within a professional office environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable in a dynamic office with frequent visitors and events Able to multitask and shift between administrative and hands-on tasks Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented Flexible and proactive in anticipating needs around events and office flow Compensation
