Manage environment strategy (sandboxes, dev/test/prod orgs), data refresh cycles, and deployment processes (CI/CD, version control, change management). Define and enforce platform governance covering security, development standards, access controls, and environment management. Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and audit readiness. Optimize license usage and cost-efficiency across the Salesforce ecosystem. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, and administrators. Partner with RevOps, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to align platform capabilities with business needs. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on Salesforce-related initiatives and platform capabilities. What you’ll bring: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, etc.). Proven experience managing enterprise Salesforce environments with complex integrations, high transaction volumes, and multiple stakeholder groups. Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, and governor limits. Familiarity with access management, security best practices, and environment strategies. Experience working in agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of platform DevOps (Copado, Github etc.), CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery models. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor technical teams. Salesforce certifications such as Application/System Architect, Platform Developer II. Experience with other tools/platforms like Boomi, AWS, Tableau, or enterprise ERP platforms. Prior experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific salary range for your desired work location during the hiring process.
