San Francisco (Onsite, 5 days in a week) Compensation: $72k – $96k per annum, with competitive equity. Years of Experience: 1 – 5 years of experience as top performing BDR and/or AE at a high velocity startup or as a banker/investor A Demonstrated Track Record of consistently
exceeding quota
and closing
8-figure enterprise deals. Thrives in a fast-paced and high-performing startup environment, could be dialing 500 customers a day. Visa Sponsorships Available. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying mid-market and enterprise opportunities. Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate a strong and consistent pipeline. Collaborate closely with the co-founder/CEO and head of growth to expand Paraform’s global footprint. Help build and refine the sales playbook, processes, and systems for scaling the team. Close deals while maintaining high organization, structure, and efficient workflow. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to accelerate revenue growth and operational efficiency. Support the development of a high-performing, scalable sales culture as an early team member.
