Territory Account Manager – Honolulu, HI. Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease. The Heartflow FFR CT Analysis provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries to indicate the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow offers a non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology across the CCTA pathway to help clinicians identify stenoses, assess coronary blood flow, and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis. Our pipeline of products is growing and so is our team. Heartflow is a publicly traded company (HTLF) with international recognition for healthcare innovation and use in multiple regions. The company has been used for more than 400,000 patients worldwide. The base compensation range is $125,000 - $140,000, depending on geographic location and experience. This role is eligible for variable/commission with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) of $200,000 - $215,000. Job Description

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. The TAM collaborates with customers to ensure successful use of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology and drives adoption through the network of referring physicians. This role involves proactive account engagement to support, educate, and provide solutions to build high customer satisfaction. It is a customer-facing role with primary interaction with Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals. Expect approximately 20-25% travel from a home office. Responsibilities

Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway. Develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the organization, coordinating with Heartflow leadership, physician mentors, and teams to support program development and account activities. Increase Heartflow usage within designated accounts by maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders, educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition, and promoting Heartflow adoption. Production/Success/Achievement evaluated based on account performance, including meeting/exceeding quotas and growth in cCTA and FFRct penetration and case volume within assigned accounts. Skills Needed

Proven sales skills and track record of achievement; experience in account development and clinical program support is preferred. Clinical/technical proficiency with the ability to grasp new information and convey it to customers. Ability to build relationships with admin staff, cardiologists, referring practices, and hospital personnel to drive awareness and adoption of Heartflow pathways. Cross-functional coordination to support customers with sales, marketing, education and training resources. Customer-focused mentality with strong verbal and written communication and professional etiquette. Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technologies is preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of completing projects; strong problem-solving skills and work ethic. Ability to work with customers from diverse technical and clinical backgrounds. Educational Requirements & Work Experience

4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years of related sales or clinical experience. Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field is preferred. Prior experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital settings, or medical software is highly desired.
