Overview Regional Business Manager - North Central position at Heartflow leads the Territory Account Manager (TAM) organization to drive growth and adoption of Heartflow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology in the North Central region. This role shapes the TAM team, hires, trains, coaches and develops the team to deliver growth results and transform the standard of care in diagnosing CAD. Job Responsibilities Hire, train, coach and develop the Territory Account Manager (TAM) team to execute against specific critical behaviors that deliver growth results. Shape the TAM organization by creating a culture of performance and accountability based on transforming the standard of care in diagnosing CAD. The TAM will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region; RBM will work with customers to ensure successful adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology and provide the team with expectations, resources and coaching. This is a customer-facing role with primary focus on spending time with the direct sales team and customers (Cardiologists, Internists, General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who manage patients with ACS/CAD). Work cross-functionally to create solutions as new opportunities present; develop and execute business development plans in collaboration with key stakeholders at strategic Heartflow accounts. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the organization (e.g., leadership, physician mentors, events, account meetings) to support program development. Increase Heartflow usage within designated key strategic accounts by: maintaining relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders; educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition; promoting and championing Heartflow adoption. Production/Success/Achievement of the TAM will be evaluated based on performance in active/targeted accounts (metrics): meet/exceed quota; cCTA growth and FFRct penetration/case growth over baseline. Ability to hire, develop, performance manage and promote talent. Proven sales management skills and track record of sales achievement. Account development – experience building and supporting strong clinical programs. Clinical/technical proficiency; quick learner able to grasp new clinical/technical information and disseminate to customers. Develop relationships with key account stakeholders, drive awareness of the cCTA/FFRct pathway, broaden Heartflow referrals, and deepen adoption. Work in a cross-functional capacity to coordinate field and HQ resources needed to support focused customers and execute program development plans; support sales, marketing, education and training. Customer-focused mentality; knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to initiate, organize, and complete projects. Excellent problem-solving ability, under pressure; strong work ethic; cross-functional teamwork; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM. Educational Requirements & Work Experience 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience. Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred. Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired. Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired. Physical Demands Up to 60% travel from a home office is expected.
