The PFAS Process Lead will serve in a seller-doer role, growing opportunities and leading the execution of projects related to compliance with the proposed per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) regulations. This role will focus on applications of PFAS treatment and destruction technologies in drinking water applications. Key Responsibilities

Client Focus: Identify key client interests and drivers for ongoing projects and new business prospects Develop creative solutions and approaches to accommodate our clients’ goals and objectives Lead business development or pursuit activities, including involvement in pre-positioning meetings, proposal development, and client interviews. Attend and present on innovative solutions related to PFAS treatment at local, regional, and national conferences Prepare scope of services and fee estimates for proposals, new contracts, and amendments Project Execution: Serve as a technical advisor with a deep understanding of PFAS regulations, rapid small-scale column testing and pilot testing, development and analysis of breakthrough curve models, and design and implementation of adsorption processes for PFAS treatment Lead multiple projects and support multiple clients simultaneously, serving as the central point of contact for PFAS treatment questions and guidance in your region Deliver projects within established budget, schedule, and quality expectations Independently apply advanced engineering techniques and problem solving Actively coordinate with internal and external team members for successful project execution Review and manage the work of junior engineers and data scientists, actively mentoring and fostering their technical development Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering. 11 years of experience in drinking water treatment with at least 5 years in water quality and treatment or engineering management Established leadership skills with deep understanding of consulting, project execution, client services, and business development. Strong communication skills with capacity for building and maintaining client relationships Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
