We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Engineer to join our team. This role drives new customer opportunities and helps integrate Cohesity products into customers\' environments. The following requirements apply for this role. Must currently reside in CT, MA, or RI (sales territory). Willingness to travel and meet customers frequently in the CT/MA/RI region. 6+ years of demonstrated sales engineering success with Enterprise customers in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, software, hardware, and/or virtual infrastructure domains.

Responsibilities

Uncover and drive new customer opportunities by providing sales and technical assistance, articulating Cohesity technology to both business and technical users. Enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into their production environments, ensuring reliable operation and meeting their needs. Develop and lead the secondary storage technology strategy for Cohesity\'s largest customers and partners, establishing Cohesity as the primary solution provider in the market. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals to communicate Cohesity\'s vision. Identify customer needs and craft proof-of-concepts to showcase Cohesity technology value and capabilities. Collaborate with Product Management as a field representative, conveying customer requirements for product development and improvements. Provide project management and post-sales technical support as required to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience working with clients and technology partners, fostering relationships and driving successful outcomes. Experience selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software. Comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals and secure opportunities. Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work remotely and autonomously to achieve targets. Willingness to travel as required. Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Pay and Benefits

Disclosure pursuant to applicable state equal pay transparency laws. This position has a starting pay range; actual salary depends on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. May be eligible for bonus, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and other benefits the Company may offer.

Pay Range : $133,280.00 - $166,600.00

The compensation noted is based on an annualized hourly rate for normal full-time employment. Current pay transparency shows the OTE for commission-based roles.
