Position Summary
Community First Credit Union
is seeking a key executive leader to join their team in the role of Senior Vice President of Lending. Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, this position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the credit union’s consumer lending operations, including direct and indirect lending, underwriting, loan servicing, and collections. This role is charged with driving growth and profitability across lending portfolios while ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member service. The SVP will lead efforts to enhance portfolio performance through continuous monitoring, innovation, and process improvements, while also developing effective strategies for loan approvals and collections that minimize losses and support member relationships. Additionally, the SVP will manage departmental budgets, foster a culture of accountability and development within the lending team, and champion initiatives that position the credit union for long-term success. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field, along with 10-15 years of experience in consumer lending, with significant experience in portfolio management, underwriting, and collections are required.
