Overview
Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP BTP-Integration Suite and BTP CPI Consultant
As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan configuration activities, configure the product as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and the organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
The location for this position is Detroit, MI. This position may require travel and/or relocation

Preferred Qualifications
Architecture and Solution design
Analysis of integration requirements of IT solutions together with internal customers and IT colleagues
Support and influence SAP integration, API and data flow architectures, considering API-first approach
Identify processing and performance optimization opportunities
Proactive evaluation of new SAP features in Integration Suite (e.g., Integration Advisor, Trading Partner Management)
Understanding of SAP functional areas and overall SAP architecture
Subject matter expertise in SAP integration
Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite
Deep understanding of pre-packaged integration content and effective use of the same
Proven expertise in developing Enterprise-Grade, robust Iflows for SAP and non-SAP systems in A2A and B2B for both asynchronous and synchronous communication
Proficiency in implementing integration patterns like Content-Based Routing, Scatter-Gather, Splitter
Expertise in integration scenarios using adapters such as HTTP, IDOC, JDBC, File, SOAP, REST, OData, Graph, etc.
Expertise in mapping (message mapping, XSLT mapping) and mapping using Groovy scripts
Expertise in exception handling mechanisms for integration flows
Deep understanding of QoS concepts (Guaranteed Delivery, retry, Idempotent Receiver, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure stability and performance
Proficiency in integration message monitoring and logging
Good understanding of adapter inbound and outbound security configurations
Experience with IS-API management (creating API providers, APIs, policies, API products)
In-depth understanding of API authorization and authentication, access control, and related policies
Experience with event-driven integrations using event Mesh technology
Knowledge of Integration Advisor, Integration Advisory methodology, and trading partner management
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in SAP middleware integration area including SAP Integration Suite
Experience in 8 to 10 Integration Implementation projects using SAP Integration Suite
Experience in leading upgrades and migrations with a focus on SAP Cloud Integration
Ability to create an integration design blueprint for complex projects
SAP Certification is a plus
Experience with SAP BTP Neo CPI version
Experience with SAP S/4HANA on Cloud deployments or migrations
Experience with leading teams is a plus
Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles
Ability to collaborate remotely with functional teams in various tech centers
Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision and taking initiative
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis (depends on the current situation) as per the job requirements.
