Finance Manager
to join its leadership team. This key role will support financial strategy and day-to-day decision-making across operations, cost accounting, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing finance experience, a hands-on approach, and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams. Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is
$115,000 to $130,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits:

As the
Finance Manager , you’ll play a critical role in overseeing plant-level financial operations, with a strong focus on
cost accounting, inventory controls , and
reporting accuracy . You will work closely with site operations and corporate finance to drive efficiency, improve financial visibility, and support strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Oversee inventory costing, standard costing, and variance analysis
Provide insights to operations leadership on financial performance, trends, and improvement areas
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure analysis
Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain internal controls
Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate teams to improve financial processes
Recommend process improvements and automation to streamline reporting cycles
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required); CPA or MBA (preferred)
5+ years of progressive experience
in finance or accounting roles, including
cost accounting
in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of
GAAP, inventory valuation, and financial reporting
Experience working cross-functionally with plant and operations teams
ERP experience; Oracle preferred
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling)
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
