The role requires consultative conversational skills, experience, and knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households. Develops and maintains partnerships to drive revenue, acquisition, and growth. Manages client relationships to ensure expansion opportunities are captured, and delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through servicing. Ensures timely and accurate administration tasks, executes team processes, and generates quality referrals. Delivers Financial Wellness by offering tailored solutions aligned with client needs. Leverages client insights and sales tools to identify opportunities and deliver an exceptional experience. Achieves results through collaboration with ecosystem partners, owns client relationships, and delivers the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition in partnership with a PNC Financial Advisor. Ensures strong client commitment and advocacy by providing proactive, responsive service and differentiating through advanced conversation skills. Has in-depth knowledge of business segment capabilities and offerings. PNC Employees are expected to be:

No specific certifications required. Licenses such as FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) and Life & Health Insurance are required. Benefits
