The position involves leveraging needs-based and consultative conversational skills, experience, and knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households. Develops and maintains partnerships to drive revenue, acquisition, and growth. Manages client relationships to ensure expansion and profitability, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Ensures timely and accurate administration, executes team processes, and generates referrals. Delivers financial wellness through tailored solutions, leveraging client insights and sales tools, and collaborates with ecosystem partners to achieve business results. Owns the client relationship, ensures proactive service, and maintains in-depth knowledge of business capabilities and offerings. PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, manage risks effectively, and demonstrate the necessary qualifications, including relevant work experience, education, and licenses. Qualifications include experience with banking products, business acumen, customer experience management, relationship management, and sales. Typically requires a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Certifications such as FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses are required.
