We are seeking an associate with broad M&A or finance experience with an interest in technology transactions. Candidate should have a stellar academic record, corporate and finance experience with an AMLAW 50 firm, and be bilingual (Spanish/English). Must be admitted to the Florida bar or willing to take the Florida bar. A resume or CV is required for our application system.
