Hogan Lovells Miami office seeks a mid-level associate with a minimum of two to four years’ experience to join its Energy, Infrastructure and Finance practice. We are seeking an associate with broad M&A or finance experience with an interest in technology transactions. Candidate should have a stellar academic record, corporate and finance experience with an AMLAW 50 firm, and be bi-lingual (Spanish/English). Must be admitted to the Florida bar or willing to take the Florida bar. Qualifications
Admitted to the Florida Bar or willing to take the Florida bar. 2–4 years’ experience in M&A or finance with an interest in technology transactions. Stellar academic record; corporate and finance experience with an AMLAW 50 firm. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and US Bar membership required for opportunities in the U.S. Application
