Manager, Risk Management - Learning and Content Management Lead Tech and Data Risk Management (TDRM) Strategy and Delivery Team Capital One is one of the fastest growing organizations in the world today, powered by our passion for our customers. Technology & Data Risk Management (TDRM) is a small organization that packs a big punch with ~200 professionals overseeing ~14,000 developers. We shape strategy, challenge activities, and perform independent tests of security and technology risk to maintain high standards in cybersecurity, reliability, and data management. The second-line Chief Tech Risk Officer (CTRO) oversees CISO, CIO/CTO, and Chief Data Officer work, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer and ultimately to the CEO. Our role is to provide technology and data risk information to help business leaders make informed decisions. Role and Team Fit

As the Learning and Content Management lead, you will develop TDRM’s internal learning strategy and create content that supports learning objectives. You will connect business objectives with learning solutions, translating strategic ideas into learning-centered outcomes. This role suits someone who excels at creative problem solving, building relationships, and delivering business impact through learning programs. Ideal candidate: Has proven experience leading learning programs

Has a strong foundation in risk management and understands risk frameworks

Has a solution-oriented mindset that fosters collaboration and alignment

Is an excellent communicator, particularly written communication

Is adept at stakeholder engagement and building relationships across all levels and lines of defense

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

At least 3 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Industry

At least 3 years of risk management experience

At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development

Preferred Qualifications: Direct or adjacent product management experience

1+ years experience facilitating communication between technology or cyber and Learning and/or HR teams

2+ years of experience in project management (planning, executing, tracking, reporting)

6+ years of experience in driving multi-year, company-wide learning endeavors

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries are provided for candidates hired to work within these locations and may be prorated for part-time roles. Salaries by location: Riverwoods, IL: $132,800 - $151,600; McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700; New York, NY: $159,400 - $181,900; Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600. Candidates hired to work in other locations will receive the pay range for that location as reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
