Summary: The Customer Experience team engages strategic customers to deliver business value and drive revenue growth. Customer Experience Managers (CEM) connect Wiz value to top customer initiatives, increase adoption, and outpace the competition. This role guides the world\'s largest, multi-year cloud-based enterprise software customers through their journey to the cloud with a focus on robust cloud security and extending Wiz value. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted customer advisor and ensures cross-team collaboration to deliver transformational outcomes with a strong emphasis on security. Location: Candidates must be located in the Western United States. What You’ll Do: Strategic Project Ownership:

Take ownership of diverse cloud security projects, collaborating with Sales, Support, Success, product/engineering teams, and customer teams. Customer Engagement and Advocacy for Cloud Security:

Understand the customer’s business vision and processes with a focus on cloud security; build relationships across the organization from technicians to the CISO level; evangelize Wiz value and guide customers to adopt secure solutions; ensure Wiz guidance is understood and executed while advocating for customers’ security needs internally. Program Transformation:

Use PM experience to guide customers post-onboarding through Wiz adoption with emphasis on robust cloud security practices; introduce innovative ideas and tools to solve security challenges while addressing internal blockers at the customer. Strategic Opportunity Identification and Value Enumeration:

Collaborate with the Customer Account team to identify cloud security opportunities, support TCO analysis and business case assessments, and explore tool consolidation to deepen Wiz value. Day-to-Day Operations – Ensuring Cloud Security Best Practices:

Define milestones, remove blockers, and drive secure workload migrations; develop a training strategy to upskill technical and non-technical roles; establish governance structures prioritizing security and Wiz adoption. What You’ll Bring 6+ years in a CSM, AE, PM, or other customer-facing strategic role. Proven experience with Fortune 100 customers and cloud-based technology. Experience managing strategic customers with an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex engagements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models; ability to learn Wiz offerings and pricing with agility. The specific salary range will be shared during the hiring process. This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may include incentive compensation.
