Back-End Java Developer
to join our team in Plano, TX. This role requires a highly technical engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring, and Microservices, combined with solid experience working in Linux environments, NoSQL databases, and AWS cloud services. Candidates with a background in privileged access management (PAM), infrastructure, and scripting will be given priority.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications using
Java, Spring, and Microservices architecture Work extensively in
Linux (RedHat)
environments — including OS navigation, log review, and troubleshooting Manage and optimize
NoSQL databases
such as Graph or CockroachDB Build and deploy solutions on
AWS
cloud infrastructure Develop
Python or Shell scripts
for automation and system tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system security, scalability, and performance Support and enhance systems with a focus on
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
and
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
(highly desirable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Microservices Advanced Linux (RedHat) skills — ability to navigate OS, check logs, and troubleshoot issues Hands-on experience with
NoSQL databases
(Graph, CockroachDB, etc.) Solid understanding of
AWS services and cloud architecture Strong scripting abilities using
Python or Shell Privileged Access Management (PAM)
experience is a major plus IAM / Infrastructure background
is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Strong communication and collaboration skills
