Primary Responsibilities
Ensure Chevy Chase Acura customers have an expectation experience and trust us for all their automotive requirements
Watch and greet customers in the Service Lane.
Provide a high level of customer service for all inquiries by phone, text, email, or in-person
Be the liaison between our customers and technicians
Scheduling appointments and assisting with inbound customer requests
Greeting customers promptly at their vehicle
Completing estimated and Repair Order to standards
Provide customer benefits of completing recommended service
Compensation & Benefits Commission pay
Potential to earn between $50,000 to $100,000 annually

Employee vehicle leasing program offering a lease allowance payment of up to $400 per month
